About Us
Once a Scout, Always a Scout
Founded January 29, 2017
RASAL is a legally registered NGO created to enable former scouts to continue serving beyond active scouting. As we approach our 10th anniversary, we are evolving from an alumni network into a structured impact organization. "Once a Scout, Always a Scout" is not a slogan — it is our operational principle.
