B-P Legacy Campaign Launch 2026.

RASAL officially launches the B-P Legacy Campaign, a transformative 2026–2030 mobilisation strategy designed to convert scouting legacy into measurable community impact across Rwanda.

The campaign brings together over 100,000 former scouts and guides, reconnecting them to structured, accountable service through six carefully designed Bonne Actions (Good Turns).

Each Bonne Action targets a critical community need: health insurance (B.A BAVURWE), blood donation (B.A MUTIMA), education (B.A NAWE YIGE NEZA), clean cooking (B.A SAFE COOKING), youth civic formation (B.A INGANDO), and institutional strengthening (B.A SUSTAINABILITY).

The launch event, held in Kigali, gathered RASAL members, partners, and community leaders to commit to this five-year journey of disciplined, transparent, and measurable impact.
