From Scout to Community Leader

The journey from active scouting to community leadership is one that many RASAL members share. It's a path defined by values learned around campfires and in service projects.

For many former scouts in Rwanda, the transition beyond active scouting left a gap — a desire to continue serving that had no structured outlet. RASAL was created to fill this gap.

Today, RASAL members channel their scouting experience into concrete community programs, proving that the scout promise extends far beyond youth.
