Mutuelle de Santé Campaign – Gasabo District

RASAL conducted a targeted Mutuelle de Santé campaign in Gasabo District, supporting vulnerable families in gaining access to community health insurance.

Through the B.A BAVURWE program, RASAL volunteers identified and assisted families who struggled to afford their annual health insurance premiums.

The campaign resulted in dozens of families being enrolled in the national health insurance scheme, ensuring they have access to basic healthcare services.

This initiative demonstrates the power of organized community action — former scouts leveraging their networks and values to create tangible, life-changing impact.
